Excellent hotel for its value

The Armstrong hotel was 2 blocks from the Porte de Montreuil station and most of the the stuff you’ll want to see in Paris is about 6 subway stops and 1 transfer away (15-20 minutes). The gal at the front desk during the day was EXTREMELY helpful. They have internet available for 5 Euro for 24 hrs. I didn’t have my laptop but free wireless internet access is available. I had a nice room on the fifth floor (with lift) which as very clean and secure. The flat screen TV had CNN (in English). The price was right! I have already recommended the Armstrong hotel to people I have met on my travels.
