a cheap price for paris

I only stayed in the hotel armstrong for one night. It was a cheap price, but i thought everything was in order at the hotel, very clean, nice/friendly staff. I thought it was luxury actually because for the previous two nights i had stayed in a 1 star hotel with a toilet and shower per floor,the armstrong had onsuite and a bar!!  i had a good nights sleep. overall very good, will be going there again.
