Good budget tourist hotel

If you are a tourist on a budget, the Hotel Armstrong is a hotel to seriously consider. You will find the staff both willing and able to offer competent advice and directions in good English. Very good quality for a two star hotel. Easy to get to off the Boulivard Peripherique by car, and near the Metro Porte de Montreuil for access to central Paris and Disneyland.
