Our stay at the Armstrong Hotel (with our 4 year old daughter) was overall good. Comfy bed, very clean bathroom, and decent internet access and a bar. This hotel was one of the more organized I have stayed in. They can book tours around Paris and shuttles to the Charles de Gaulle airport for you. And they have a good breakfast buffet (8 EUR). The hotel was centrally located and the multi-lingual staff were very helpful and attentive.
