I was pleased by the services in general of the Hotel Armstrong in Paris.  For the price of a two star you get more of a three star service with a bar, a sauna, a breakfast buffet, a cyber cafe and free wireless internet.  The reception staff were competent and helpful.  The room was on the small side but included a flat screen TV with about 30 channels and there was a wall mounted hairdryer in the bathroom. I liked the soft duvet on the bed which I didn’t get in any of the other hotels in France.  Also the online reservation worked well: you only have to pay for the first night online which is better than being charged 100% up front with Expedia and the other tour operators.  I will recommend this hotel to my friends as a safe bet for a reasonably priced hotel with good services.  Thank you Hotel Armstrong !
