We loved the Armstrong Hotel

We stayed at the Armstrong Hotel in Paris for five nights in May, 2009. We found the experience to be quite nice. On this trip, we stayed in a total of eight hotels/B&Bs in France and Holland; the Armstrong was very much better than the others. The room and bathroom were clean and appealing. The hotel provides wi-fi for your laptop but although I didn’t bring mine they had an internet café and so I was able to check my emails.  All these were free services.  We travelled around the city with a Paris Visite pass which cost us 28 euros for unlimited metro rides for the 5 days. The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful to us. Our rate was 70 euros per night which we consider to be good value, especially when compared to the other places we stayed on this trip.  I have stayed in larger hotels in Paris in the past but my partner and I liked this hotel the best.  It was excellent value and when we ever return to Paris we will stay here again. Great experience!
