The Armstrong is a good choice for a hotel in Paris

This was a newly renovated hotel with small clean safe rooms providing everything you need (a private bathroom, a plasma TV with 20 channels in many languages, a phone, a safety box in the wardrobe, a hairdryer, free wireless internet). On two days there was an outdoor street market which had a lot of character and there were lots of bars and places to buy cheap food like kebabs. The staff provided an excellent service with helpful advice and great directions. The location was good as it was very close to the metro: it took about 15 minutes from the Porte de Montreuil stop to get to the main centre and the Louvre museum. The metro system was easy to navigate and despite being farther out of the centre of Paris than I had expected, it was never an issue. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you for making my holidays in Paris so enjoyable.
