Excellent Service, loved it...

As an lady travelling alone feeling safe was paramount, I arrived early by train not knowing where I was going, locals gave directions and was about a 3 min walk from the local Train Station. Staff were very friendly and could not do enough for me, kept my luggage while I walked around till book in time. Room was good size and facilities were clean, shower/bath, toilet were good size and clean bright and white.
Breakfast was great variety and plenty well worth the money and could eat as much as I wanted, no restrictions. Internet access was avail at all times and enough so there was no wait. Keyboards are French but if you can touch type and not rely on looking at keys you will not have a problem. Chemist, Baker, Grocery Store, Cafe and even McDonalds are only 3 mins walk away at the intersection by the Railway Station so is convenient.
Staff gave directions to bus to Paris close by (wanted to see the city from bus not underground train) and locals were happy to give directions even though I spoke no French… all in all the Hotel and locations was perfect for me… and as a single they did not charge me for share accomodation (I was there in August) Left very early (5am) in the morning for train to Avignon… was a bit worried as was still a bit dark but there was a few ladies on the street going to work by train so just walked along with them.
When I cam back from Avignon, stayed a few more days here as previous visit was wonderful and I felt safe here. Thank you all the wonderful staff at Armstroing I would definatly stay again while in Paris.
